In the framework of its activity, Act4Posionia platform is required to collect and process  data, some of which qualify as personal data.  Act4Posidonia attaches great importance to privacy, and only uses data responsibly and confidentially for a specific purpose.

Personal data

On the site https://www.act4posidonia.eu/ there are two type of data likely to be collected :

Data transmitted directly

These are the data that you send us directly, via a contact form or by a direct mail contact.  They are mandatory data from the contact form : “name and surname”, “company/institution” and "email” and “your message”

Data collected automatically

During your visits, once your consent has been given, we may collect “web analytics” information related to your browsing, the duration of your consultation, your IP address, your browser type and version.  The technology used is cookie.

Use of data

The data you transmit to us directly is used for the purpose of contacting you and/or as part of the request you sent us. Web Analytics data is collected in an anonymous form (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics, and allows us to measure the audience of our website, consultations, and potential errors to continuously improve the user experience.  This data is used by Act4Posidonia, responsible for data processing, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for purposes other than those detailed above.
